1st Shift Welder Needed

+ -functional teams to resolve issues.

+ Solve complex problems with minimal assistance.

**Essential Skills**

+ Mig welding and proficiency with measurement tools.

+ Tape measure and blueprint reading.

+ Fabrication skills, including TIG welding.

+ Basic computer skills.

+ Ability to pass required welding certification tests in AWS material sections: D1.1, D1.2, D1.3, D1.6, and D9.1.

+ Understanding AWS welding symbols.

+ Set up, adjust, and maintain welding machines.

+ Proficiency in MIG or TIG welding of steel, stainless, and aluminum.

**Work Environment**

Our workshop is clean, well-lit, and organized, with stations cleaned up 15 minutes before the shift ends. Although not climate-controlled, it offers a comfortable and efficient workspace.

This is a Permanent position based out of Ephrata, Pennsylvania.

**Pay and Benefits**

The pay range for this position is $49920.00 - $58240.00/yr.

- 401k: 100% match of first 3%, and 50% match for the next 2%

- 4 Tiers: Employee only, Employee and Spouse, Employee and Children, Family. 3 plan options: PPO, HDHP Gold, HDHP Silver

- Dental and Vision Plans

- Basic life insurance coverage of $30,000

- PTO: 60 hours in first 2 years, then 100 hours year 2-5, 140 hours year 5-10, 180 hours at 10 years and after

This is a fully onsite position in Ephrata,PA.
