General Laborer**
**Job Description**
Join our production team as a General Laborer, where you will assist in the manufacturing, handling, and storage of reinforced concrete pipe and precast products. This role involves working in a physically demanding, outdoor environment, performing tasks such as bending pipe or mixing materials to help mold the product. You will be required to read tape measures and blueprints daily, and contribute to various stages of concrete production.
**Responsibilities**
+ Prepare, clean, and stage molds for concrete production.
+ Pour, finish, and remove concrete from forms.
+ Assist with preventative maintenance of plant equipment.
+ Work with contractors to bend pipe or mix materials.
+ Read tape measure and blueprints on a day-to-day basis.
**Essential Skills**
+ General labor experience.
+ Ability to read a tape measure.
+ Blueprint reading skills.
+ Ability to stand on feet for 8+ hours a day.
+ Attention to detail.
**Additional Skills & Qualifications**
+ Experience in construction and production.
+ Knowledge of repair, PLC control, and electrical troubleshooting.
+ Experience with motors, conveyor systems, industrial maintenance, and electrical maintenance.

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
