Salary of the Master Scheduler: $80k/yr Responsibilities of the Master Scheduler: Manage the full order lifecycle, including analysis, planning, scheduling, release, rescheduling, and cancellations, based on MRP requirements. Optimize assembly uptime while balancing cost, quality, and inventory targets. Provide training on procedures, negotiation, engineering change management, MRP, and production control systems. Maintain optimal inventory levels using ABC cost analysis to meet demand. Collaborate daily with stakeholders to plan machine capacity and labor, communicate production schedules, and resolve material issues. Qualifications of the Master Scheduler: Bachelor's degree in a related field. 5+ years in process improvement and supply chain management; Strong knowledge of MRP systems; SAP experience preferred.
