Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Estimator - Water/Wastewater Infrastructure position include: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management preferred, or 7+ years of equivalent estimating/project management experience 2-3 years of direct estimating experience in water/sewer/storm drainage projects Ability to perform detailed pre-bid analysis including site visits and job condition assessments Proficiency with estimating software such as Bid2Win or HeavyBid Prepare comprehensive bid documents, submit proposals, and clarify plans/specifications with engineers Collaborate with project managers and field supervisors by passing down project data and coding awarded jobs for accounting Write purchase orders and subcontracts as needed, and resolve vendor and subcontractor quotation issues Occasionally perform duties of a project engineer and attend pre-bid meetings or site visits as required Salary: $90,000 - $110,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Civil Estimator - Water/Wastewater Infrastructure position include:

2-3 years of direct estimating experience in water/sewer/storm drainage projects

Ability to perform detailed pre-bid analysis including site visits and job condition assessments

Prepare comprehensive bid documents, submit proposals, and clarify plans/specifications with engineers
