Qualifications and responsibilities for this Healthcare Construction Project Manager position include: 6+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on healthcare or commercial projects High proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation tools; experience with software like BIM 360, Bluebeam, Revit, and PlanGrid Lead pre-construction efforts, including client coordination, contracts, pricing, and risk mitigation Manage medium-to-large-scale projects averaging $10M-$15M with off-site modular fabrication and on-site installations Conduct high-level project discussions with stakeholders and ensure clarity of scope, schedule, and deliverables Attend and contribute to OAC meetings and internal huddles to maintain alignment and communication Analyze and manage change requests, risk factors, and project milestones through to completion Coordinate efforts with internal teams, GCs, architects, and subcontractors to ensure timely, on-budget project execution Maintain a flexible work schedule, typically Monday-Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM, with 75% in-office presence during early project phases transitioning to a 50/50 office and field split as projects progress Salary: $100,000 - $160,000 per year, commensurate with experience. 6+ years of experience in construction project management, ideally with a focus on healthcare or commercial projects

High proficiency in budgeting, scheduling, and cost estimation tools; experience with software like BIM 360, Bluebeam, Revit, and PlanGrid

Lead pre-construction efforts, including client coordination, contracts, pricing, and risk mitigation

Manage medium-to-large-scale projects averaging $10M-$15M with off-site modular fabrication and on-site installations

Conduct high-level project discussions with stakeholders and ensure clarity of scope, schedule, and deliverables

Attend and contribute to OAC meetings and internal huddles to maintain alignment and communication
