Laborer - Pompano Beach, FL

Position Overview :

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, works well in a team, and can handle physical tasks in a fast-paced environment. You'll play a key part in receiving, storing, and shipping materials and products.

Key Responsibilities :

Load and unload trucks using pallet jacks, carts, or forklifts (if certified)

Sort, organize, and store inventory in the proper location

Pull, pack, and prepare orders for shipment

Perform inventory checks and report any discrepancies

Keep work areas clean and follow all safety procedures

Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Requirements :

Previous warehouse or general labor experience preferred

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / walk for most of the shift

Basic math and reading skills

Dependable, punctual, and able to follow instructions

Forklift experience / certification is a plus (optional based on role)

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and complete required documentation
