SCOPE OF WORK: Pick up a used solid exterior slab door from Habitat ReStore AND ANY OTHER SUPPLIES NEEDED (WE PAY for the door separately) HANG WITH CLEARANCE if needed so DOOR clears the ground (no dragging) Mount 3 heavy-duty exterior hinges Mount 2x6 framing boards to both 4x4 posts as door jambs Install a 2x6 header board across the top of the posts for a clean, finished look Install a smart electronic keypad lock (provided) Reuse and mount the gate wheel from old gate (if usable) YOU PROVIDE: Transportation for the door AND SUPPLIES (local ReStore pickup) Tools: saw, drill, chisel, screws, level, shims Experience hanging doors, framing, and smart lock install ESTIMATED TIME: 4-6 hours.
