What You'll Be Doing
Lead technical execution of healthcare projects from design through delivery
Produce and manage complete project documentation, including specifications
Assign and direct work for architects, technicians, and support staff
Coordinate scopes, schedules, and budgets across multi-disciplinary teams
Attend project meetings and represent the architecture team to clients
Travel to project sites as needed
Collaborate across regional offices in a growing healthcare-focused practice
What You'll Need to be Considered
10+ years of relevant experience
Licensed Architect in GA or NCARB-certified
Proficiency in Revit
Ability to design, detail, and manage full-scale healthcare projects
Strong leadership and team coordination skills
Experience preparing full project manuals/specifications
Understanding of financial, regulatory, and environmental factors in healthcare architecture
