Are you an experienced Estimator with a background in drylining, interior fit-out, refurbishment, or passive fire protection? Our client is looking for a talented Estimator to join their team and help deliver high-quality projects across a variety of sectors. Key Responsibilities: Review tender documentation to assess project alignment with company capabilities. Prepare and submit tenders, collaborating with suppliers and contractors for material pricing and labor availability. Ensure all tenders are accurately tracked, meeting submission deadlines. Work closely with the operations team to ensure that bids are commercially viable and technically compliant. Qualifications: Proven experience as an Estimator in drylining, interior fit-out, refurbishment, or passive fire protection. Strong ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking and reporting purposes.
