Sheet Metal Fabricator Job Description We are seeking a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate can either have extensive fabrication experience or field experience installing sheet metal with some fabrication skills. Responsibilities Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and specifications to determine layout and installation procedures. Fabricate, cut, bend, and shape sheet metal using tools such as shears, brakes, presses, and grinders. Assemble sheet metal products effectively. Perform welding, soldering, riveting, and bolting to join sheet metal parts. Essential Skills OSHA 10 certification. Experience in sheet metal fabrication. Proficiency with basic hand tools. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Additional Skills & Qualifications 1+ year of sheet metal fabrication experience. Experience with HVAC systems, duct installation, and construction work. Work Environment The role involves working in a fabrication shop environment from Monday to Friday, 6am-2:30pm. Steel-toed boots or composite shoes are required for safety. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cincinnati, Ohio. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00/hr.
