What You'll Do

Install, replace, and troubleshoot commercial HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency

Interpret HVAC wiring diagrams and mechanical drawings

Work on rooftops, in tight spaces, and from various heights

Lead or assist a team of installers on job sites

Ensure installations comply with all local mechanical and safety codes

Deliver quality workmanship with a focus on customer satisfaction

What You Bring

2+ years of HVAC installation experience (commercial preferred)

EPA Type II or Universal Certification (preferred)

Valid driver's license with insurable driving record

Working knowledge of refrigeration cycles, HVAC controls, and codes

Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. and maneuver heavy equipment

Familiarity with hand tools (must provide your own)

Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills

Ability to pass a background check

Schedule & Location

4-day work week | Monday-Thursday | ~6 : 00 AM-4 : 30 PM

Work is performed on-site within our service area in West Michigan
