Skilled Helper Needed - Carpentry, Drywall, Painting & More (East Bay) (oakland east) 73rd near Outlook Ave compensation: 25+ depending on experience Skilled Helper Needed - Carpentry, Drywall, Painting & More (East Bay) Looking for a reliable and motivated helper with basic carpentry, drywall, and painting experience. I have multiple small-to-medium projects underway with a home remodel and need someone who can assist 2-3 days a week. Typical tasks include: Light framing and roofing repairs Drywall patching and installation Interior and exterior painting Baseboard and trim work Cabinet installation Finish plumbing (basic fixture installs, etc.) Light landscaping and cleanup You'll be working directly with me on some jobs, and other times independently. I'm looking for someone who's dependable, detail-oriented, and able to follow direction. Ideal for someone with some hands-on experience who's also eager to learn and grow in the trades. Requirements: Some experience in construction trades (not looking for a total beginner) Reliable transportation Basic hand tools are a plus, but not required Positive attitude and willingness to learn Shows up on time and works professionally Pay: Starting rate is around $25/hour, depending on experience and skills.
