I run a small home repair business, I typically do not perform full roof replacement work.
My elderly family member is in need of a full 36 square roof replacement and some decking replacement. I need to help them replace the roof on a limited budget. I have the majority of the tools required and air compressors. I am not trying to make money myself, I want to pay 2-3 experienced roofers between jobs a fair wage if they are trying to make some money in the next two weeks or less. The work needs to be done correctly.
If you have the experience and skill, I will be paying a minimum of $40+ an hour, plus cash bonus if we finish under budget. I`m very fair, easy to work with, I`ve been around the trades for years, I am looking for guys who show up, take pride in their workmanship and know how to get things done correctly. I am not interested in getting bids, I will pull the permit and oversee
everything. My family member is an elderly Military Veteran on a fixed monthly income. He has active roof leaks and damaged decking in several areas. I plan on starting the work within a week, if you`re in a financial pinch, I fully understand, I don`t offer cash advances, but can pay a few hundred dollars cash for your hours on the first day of work for gas and food, then pay the total balance when we finish. It is a one day job for a bigger crew, I think we`re looking at 2-4 days with a 2-3 person crew.

I also have a large shipyard welding project that I`m trying to staff. If you have that skillset or want to be a student apprentice for long term employment.
