Work You'll Do

In this global Hybrid Cloud Infrastructure leadership role, you will be responsible for the technical strategy, architecture, design, and development of a Deloitte-branded AI Platform. The role will involve extensive interaction with end-customer, CXO level technical leaders in communicating our value proposition and lead hands-on workshops for defining the customer solution, benchmarking, POC and deployment plan. You will lead hands-on workshops for defining customer solutions, benchmarking, POC, and deployment plans, and play a key role in shaping go-to-market strategies for the AI platform.

The development and delivery of this offering involves forging and driving deep partnerships with leading ecosystem partners for accelerated computing, data, storage, and cybersecurity. Given the rapidly evolving technology landscape, you will also leverage an R&D sandbox to evaluate highly differentiated and emerging offerings from promising startups that could offer first-mover advantage.

Key Responsibilities

+ Architect complex, innovative technology solutions with a focus on business outcomes, cost of quality, and long-term scalability and sustainability.

+ Leverage expertise across the most strategic projects to minimize delivery risk and ensure system performance and scalability.

+ Drive adoption of relevant technologies and best practices by project teams.

+ Lead asset design and development and support monetization of assets.

+ Engage with C-Suite client leadership during sales and delivery, including leading technical pre-sales discussions, shaping proposals, and supporting the closing of new business opportunities.

+ Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept engagements to prospective clients.

+ Support the development and execution of go-to-market strategies, including participation in industry events, conferences, and client briefings.

+ Execute architecture strategy, definition, and designs with other ecosystem partners on large-scale programs, as applicable.

+ Maintain professional architecture recognition internally and externally (e.g., through cross-industry tech advisory roles, publishing POVs, blogs, and speaking at external forums).

+ Collaborate with business development and account teams to shape go-to-market strategies and drive revenue growth.

+ Translate complex technical solutions into clear business value propositions for executive audiences.

Qualifications

Required:

+ 12+ years' experience in technical leadership roles delivering High Performance Computing (HPC)/AI scalable infrastructures.

+ 2+ years' experience with Nvidia's core infrastructure compute stack & application infrastructure services, including:

+ Compute, Networking, and Storage (C/N/S) on Nvidia's GPUs, Network fabric & switching, Management services (Base Command), and overall management/orchestration ( Run.AI or Slurm extensions).

+ Application infrastructure services (NVIDIA AI Enterprise) for enabling pre-training, post-training (fine-tuning), LLM RAG end-to-end pipelines (data-processing & inferencing) based on Nims, NeMo framework, and Nvidia libraries (e.g., Nemotron).

+ Benchmarking and optimization of the core compute stack on Rapids/CUDA with customer workloads and multi-modal datasets.

+ 6+ years' experience with end-to-end solution development and delivery involving:

+ Hybrid cloud scenarios for customers to leverage as-a-Service platforms in hosted cloud environments (Public cloud, Nvidia Cloud providers) and on-prem.

+ Ease of use features for rapid adoption by end-users (e.g., Data Scientists, IT admin, Data Ops personnel).

+ Integration with essential 3rd party software needed for a consumable service-ITSM and onboarding services with tools like ServiceNow.

+ Security and Governance/compliance needs.

+ 3+ years' experience leading, managing, and delivering global large-scale technology engagements with engineering teams in multiple locations (e.g., leading architects, developers, testing/QA engineers, etc.).

+ Bachelor's Degree.

+ Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.

Preferred:

+ Ability to make and meet commitments on a tight timeline with right-sized scoping on "must haves" to realize customer wins.

+ Presentation skills with a high degree of comfort with both large and small audiences.

+ Demonstrated experience driving both the sales cycle and business development efforts by taking the lead in identifying and framing client opportunities, developing account strategies, and leading pursuit teams to create proposal content for client discussions.

+ Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Product) to develop and execute market expansion strategies.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $193,700 to $392,000. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
