Performance Architect

Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience in performance architecture, troubleshooting, and optimization across cloud and on-prem environments
Hands-on with observability stacks (logging, tracing, alerting, dashboards) and performance monitoring tools
Experience scripting, configuring, and running automated performance tests
Familiarity with Docker and infrastructure automation for load testing
Network profiling using tools like WireShark or Fiddler
Background in root cause analysis, performance modeling, and performance test strategy
Bachelor's in Computer Science or related field; Master's preferred
What You Will Be Doing
Designing and maintaining performance testing frameworks
Identifying system bottlenecks and offering architectural improvements
Implementing continuous performance testing practices into CI/CD pipelines
Monitoring production systems, setting SLAs, and creating health dashboards
Collaborating with dev and ops teams to resolve complex performance issues
Researching and adopting new tools and trends to evolve the performance strategy
