Description
We are looking for concrete workers or landscape construction workers with 1-2 years of experience in concrete or landscape construction, mainly sidewalks and concrete pads, to replace three college students who are returning to school. You may also assist with landscaping, fence or deck construction, tree work, snow removal and other jobs as needed. This is full-time, weather-dependant, physically demanding work with the opportunity for growth and long-term employment. You must be able to accurately read a tape measure and have the natural ability to learn job tasks and learn about tools on your own by observing other workers and watching videos. We are looking for employees who want to grow with our company and be part of the team, and not just show up for a paycheck. We like to make the hard work fun and enjoyable, but keep it professional. We will also consider seasonal, temporary or side gig workers on a case-by-case basis, depending on what skills and experience you bring to the table. Punctuality is a requirement. Expect to show up to work 5-10 minutes early and clock in by 7 am so you can be briefed on the day's job and leave together with your crew. Reliable transportation to our storage facility in Bethlehem/Allentown is required. You must be comfortable driving a dump truck with a 20-foot trailer to job sites. A Class C drivers license is required and you must be able to qualify for the PennDOT medical card (not CDL).
