Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include: 10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and familiarity with Sage/ComputerEase Strong estimating and takeoff skills Experience managing ground-up projects as well as additions, renovations, and equipment foundations Ability to manage 2-3 projects simultaneously ranging from $3 million to $5 million, coordinating with different superintendents Lead project planning, scheduling, subcontractor coordination, quality assurance, and safety Work closely with the VP of Construction and interface directly with clients and stakeholders Salary: $100,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Qualifications and responsibilities for this Commercial Construction Project Manager position include:

10+ years of experience in commercial or industrial construction project management

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred

Proficiency in Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and familiarity with Sage/ComputerEase

Strong estimating and takeoff skills

Experience managing ground-up projects as well as additions, renovations, and equipment foundations
