We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Carpenter Apprentice to join our team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the carpentry trade while working under the guidance of skilled professionals. As a Carpenter Apprentice, you will learn various carpentry techniques and contribute to a variety of construction projects, ensuring quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards. Responsibilities Assist in the assembly and installation of structures and fixtures, including doors, windows, and cabinetry. Support experienced carpenters in tasks such as frame carpentry and concrete forming. Learn to perform caulking and sealing to ensure proper insulation and weatherproofing. Participate in fixture installation, ensuring that all components are level and plumb. Gain experience in mold remediation techniques as needed on job sites. Collaborate with team members on masonry projects, learning foundational skills in bricklaying and stonework. Follow safety protocols at all times to maintain a safe working environment. Maintain tools and work areas in clean and organized condition. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Strong willingness to learn and take direction from experienced carpenters. Basic understanding of electrical systems is a plus but not required. Ability to lift heavy materials and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality craftsmanship. Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
