Salary Range:

$45,000.00 To $65,000.00 Annually

America's Floor Source, one of the nation's largest flooring companies, is expanding our estimating team and has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced Project Coordinator/Estimator for its Columbus, Ohio location.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience and enjoy working in a fast-paced, high production environment. Knowledge of the flooring or construction industry and experience using RFMS and/or Structure software systems is a plus. Must be detail-oriented, organized, able to multi-task, and a team player.

Primary Duties Include:

Process AIA billing

Assist with project scheduling and workorders as needed

Create project material order forms as needed

Create and send submittals to customers as needed

Ability to interpret and analyze blueprints, make material take offs, obtain quotes from suppliers, and interpret specifications

Identify omissions and inaccuracies in plans

Clarify and write change orders as needed

Provide detailed proposals and accurate bid packages by analyzing costs for material and labor based on construction documents, contract bids, quotations, descriptions of work from sales staff, schematic drawings and specifications

Strong computer skills. (Microsoft 365, Estimating software)

Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously.

Exceptional written and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Skills & Requirements:

3+ years' experience in Flooring/Construction Estimating (Preferred)

Experience in Construction Takeoff Software (Preferred)

Experience in RFMS Measure (Preferred)

Experience in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Able to interpret Architectural Plans and Develop Cost Estimates

Ability to Multitask, Prioritize and meet Deadlines
