Commercial Construction Estimator - Colorado Springs

Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated Construction Estimator with 1-5 years of experience in commercial construction to join our estimating team. The ideal candidate thrives on solving challenges, enjoys working as part of a team, and brings strong technical skills especially with AutoCAD and Revit to the table. Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for commercial construction projects. Analyze drawings, specifications, and other documentation to prepare comprehensive estimates. Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to gather pricing information and project details. Utilize AutoCAD and Revit to interpret and review design documents. Participate in pre-construction meetings and assist in value engineering efforts. Help maintain and develop company databases and cost history records. Assist with project handoffs to ensure smooth transitions from preconstruction to operations. Qualifications: 1-5 years of estimating experience in commercial construction (required). Proficiency with AutoCAD and Revit (required). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred (not required). Location: This position will be based in Colorado Springs and may include working on the Front Range from Denver to Pueblo. Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year, depending on experience.
