We are looking for 3 seasonal field laborers to work in Preston, ID.
The pay rate is $22.00 / hour. This position will begin anytime starting August 4 - August 29, 2025. The average workday is 7 am - 7 pm. There may be days that start as early as 5:00 am.
Salary: $20.00- $22.00 / hour

FIELD SEASONAL LABORER RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsibilities include driving tractors, operating grain bagging systems, replacing bags, maintaining equipment, and light maintenance activities.
Assist with during harvesting season
Maintain and repair farm machinery and equipment
Operate farming tractors, grain bagging systems, and replace bags
Farm laborers are the backbone of the agricultural sector, providing essential hands-on work to maintain support for our milling operation.
They also need to be mindful of safety regulations and best practices to prevent accidents and injuries.
This role requires physical strength and stamina, as it involves a lot of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions.
FIELD SEASONAL LABORER QUALIFICATIONS:
High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in a similar role on a farm
Knowledge of farming best practices
Able to work in all weather conditions
Physically fit and able to lift heavy items
Familiarity with farm machinery and equipment
Able to drive a tractor and operate grain bagging systems
Valid driver's license
WORKING CONDITIONS:
This position requires physical efforts such as straining, pulling, lifting, working, and standing and walking outdoors.
Exposure to elements such as noise, minable dust, cold and hot temperatures.
Extreme climate or climate variation.
Heat up to 100 degrees
Exposure to farm equipment hazards.
Climbing ladders.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
