Qualifications and responsibilities for this AutoCAD Drafter position include: Proficiency in AutoCAD required; Civil 3D experience is a major plus Experience in drafting for convenience stores, restaurants, or small-scale retail/commercial developments preferred Strong ability to focus on pure drafting for 40 hours per week without coordination responsibilities Willingness to work on-site full-time with hybrid flexibility after onboarding (Mondays and Wednesdays in-office) Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and Monday.com Must be detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to consistent, high-quality drafting work Salary: $60,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
