Description
Support the IT project management team in planning, executing, and closing various IT projects.
Perform administrative tasks to ensure projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Coordinate communication and documentation for project success.
Assist in tracking project progress and preparing status reports.
Facilitate project meetings and prepare necessary materials.
Key Responsibilities
Provide comprehensive administrative support to project managers.
Assist in creating and maintaining project documentation.
Facilitate communication between team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
Help track project progress and update schedules.
Set up and prepare for project meetings.
Assist in monitoring project budgets and resource allocation.
Log and track project issues, risks, and dependencies.
Qualifications
Experience in IT project assistance or management.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
