Project Manager (Division 8 - Doors, Frames & Hardware) Location: Mason, OH (In-Office Only) Industry: Commercial Construction - Division 8 / Openings Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a background in Division 8 commercial construction - specifically doors, frames, and architectural hardware . This is an in-office position managing all aspects of Division 8 scopes from initial submittals through procurement, coordination, and installation . The ideal candidate has worked on non-residential construction projects involving doors and hardware and is confident handling specifications, supplier communication, and construction documents. Key Responsibilities: Manage Division 8 project scopes including scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and installation Review and interpret architectural drawings, hardware sets, and specifications Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and installation teams Track project timelines, material delivery schedules, and change orders Conduct regular meetings to report project progress and address any issues Ensure all work complies with safety standards, specs, and contract requirements Qualifications: Experience in commercial construction project management Familiar with Division 8 materials such as hollow metal doors, wood doors, frames, and commercial hardware Able to read and interpret door schedules, plans, and submittals Comfortable managing multiple projects and coordinating with field and vendor teams Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and project tracking systems Must be based in the Cincinnati area or willing to relocate This is a non-remote, in-office role in Mason, OH Additional Information: Full-time position with benefits In-office role based in Mason, OH Relocation assistance available Please Note: This is not an IT or remote position.
