About Our Client

Our client is a fast-growing drywall contractor based in Terrell, TX. With a reputation for quality and a full pipeline of commercial projects, they are seeking an experienced Drywall Estimator who's ready to join a small but mighty team and hit the ground running.

Job Description

Prepare detailed takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial drywall projects

Analyze blueprints, scope of work, and bid documents

Collaborate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal team members

Submit competitive bids on time

Assist with value engineering and project handoff

Report daily to office in Terrell, TX

Hours: Mon-Thurs 7 a.m.-4 p.m., Fri 7 a.m.-12 p.m.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in commercial drywall estimating

Strong understanding of takeoffs and pricing methods

Comfortable reading construction drawings and bid specs

U.S. citizenship required

Existing client relationships a plus

Strong communication and organizational skills
