Our client is seeking for a Senior Project Manager to lead the successful execution of high-end construction projects from pre- construction through completion. What You'll Do: Oversee residential and commercial projects from start to finish Lead project teams and supervise subcontractors Create and manage schedules, budgets, and procurement plans Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, and vendors Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and professionalism Ensure permitting and compliance requirements are met Mentor junior team members and help grow our project management bench What You Bring: 10+ years of construction project management experience Proven success with ground-up or large-scale renovations Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills Working knowledge of construction software and Microsoft Office Familiarity with local building codes and permitting processes Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
