Now hiring a Carpenter for a condo community in Lyndhurst for 1st shift, 8am - 4:30pm.

Monday - Saturday.

Weekly pay at $16 per hour.

Job Duties:

Clean, scrape, sand, and prime surfaces to ensure proper paint adhesion.

Fill cracks, holes, and imperfections with proper materials; cover surfaces to protect from paint.

Apply paint, varnish, stain, and other finishes; mix and match colors to desired results.

Perform minor repairs to walls, woodwork, and other surfaces.

Replace or repair fixtures like doorknobs and light switch covers.

Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

Previous Painting experience is required.

Previous Facilities Maintenance experience is preferred.
