Project Coordinator
Western Products is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Project Coordinator to support our dynamic team. In this role, you'll help coordinate labor and materials for installation projects, ensuring smooth communication between customers, technicians, sales staff, and internal operations.
This is a non-travel positionno need to visit warehouses, jobsites, or production facilities.

Responsibilities
Coordinate and maintain project schedules, optimizing time and resources while managing material and inventory procurement
Deliver exceptional customer service by maintaining clear and timely communication via phone, email, and text throughout the project life cycle
Collaborate effectively with internal departmentsincluding production, purchasing, sales, and warehouseto ensure materials and personnel are prepared as scheduled
Identify and help resolve issues related to materials, timing, and scheduling using data from ERP
Review jobs sold and upcoming start dates to confirm crews scheduling and budget alignment
Work closely with warehouse staff to ensure materials are staged and ready for loading
Assist in completing internal workflow analytics promptly and reporting findings to the management team
Provide responsive support to installers and service crews in the field to ensure timely and professional service delivery
Requirements
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
Excellent communication skills and customer service abilities, with experience working collaboratively in a team environment
Analytical mindset with the ability to identify, suggest, and implement process improvements
Solid planning and project management capabilities to ensure efficiency and customer satisfaction from start to finish
Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset
Proficiency in computer software and systems; ERP experience is a plus
