Construction Project Manager Location: Mount Pleasant, SC Job Type: Full-time Work Location: In person Overview: We are currently hiring two Construction Project Managers - one experienced and one entry-level - to support a growing number of projects across both commercial and residential sectors. These roles will be responsible for managing projects from initial client contact through final completion, ensuring efficiency, quality, and profitability. We're looking for someone with strong organizational and leadership skills, capable of working collaboratively with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to deliver successful outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Handle sales and client coordination, nurturing each job from first contact through contract signing Manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring they stay on schedule and within budget Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project plans and blueprints Conduct regular site visits to oversee progress, ensure quality control, and enforce safety standards Use construction management software such as Knowify and Microsoft Office Suite (including Excel) to track project progress and maintain documentation Prepare, review, and manage contracts and ensure compliance throughout the project lifecycle Perform construction estimating to provide accurate and competitive budget forecasts Communicate with internal and external stakeholders to keep everyone aligned on project objectives and updates Qualifications: For entry-level applicants : Degree in Construction Management or a related field required Strong organizational skills and a desire to learn and grow within the company Competitive Base salary with unlimited bonus potential For experienced candidates : Proven track record in managing commercial or residential construction projects Proficiency in project coordination, estimating, and contract management Competitive Base salary with unlimited bonus potential General Requirements: Familiarity with construction software (Knowify experience is a plus) Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics Excellent communication skills for working with team members, subcontractors, and clients High attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Compensation & Benefits: Weekly pay Bonus opportunities (quarterly, yearly, and performance-based) 401(k) with 4% match Cell phone reimbursement Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday
