Infrastructure Engineer (Commvault)

at Epcot Technologies Inc in ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, Illinois, United States Job Description Infrastructure Engineer (Commvault) [6 Openings] : Design, develop, analyze and implement computer and information network infrastructure and network services. Perform network modeling, analysis and planning including analysis of capacity needs for network infrastructures. Conduct on-going analysis of computer systems to define the company's organization's computer and network needs. Make appropriate recommendations, taking into account a cost benefit analysis. Implement Commvault Software application with enterprise storage for protection of mission critical applications and data for IT infrastructure. Plan, analyze and provide comprehensive designs for data center infrastructure migration to AWS and Azure Cloud using Commvault application. Develop disaster recovery planning through analysis of technical and business requirements for critical IT enterprise functions. Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root cause analysis for IT infrastructure problems. Monitor and respond to incidents, outages, alerts and escalate issues to IT management team as needed.
