Estimator - (Division 8 -Doors, Frames & Hardware) Location: Mason, OH (In-Office) Industry: Commercial Construction - Division 8 (Openings) Pay Range: Competitive Base + Bonus | Full Benefits | Relocation Available About the Role: We are seeking a Construction Estimator with a strong understanding of commercial building components - specifically Division 8 scopes (doors, frames, hardware). This is an in-office role working alongside project managers and procurement teams in Mason, OH , preparing bids and estimates for commercial construction projects. Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret architectural drawings and door schedules Create accurate estimates and bid proposals for Division 8 scopes (metal doors, wood doors, frames, and hardware) Communicate with vendors and suppliers to obtain material pricing and lead times Assist project managers with budget tracking, cost variance analysis , and value engineering Maintain organized documentation of all estimates, pricing, and correspondence Collaborate with sales and PM teams to develop competitive, timely bids What We're Looking For: Experience in commercial construction estimating (doors/hardware, millwork, drywall, MEP, etc.) Familiarity with Division 8 components preferred (but not mandatory) Ability to read construction drawings, specs, and door schedules Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and estimating tools (Bluebeam, Comsense, PlanSwift, or similar) Highly organized and detail-oriented with solid math and communication skills Local to the Cincinnati area or open to relocation to Mason, OH What We Offer: Competitive salary based on experience Bonus potential Full benefits : Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO Relocation assistance (if needed) Career advancement within a growing, stable company Note: This is not an IT, software, or remote role .
