Location: 1024 N Bell St, San Angelo, TX 76903

Hours: Monday-Friday 8 am-5 pm, with occasional after-hours/emergency service available

Position Overview

We're seeking Skilled Welders to join our team. You'll work on custom agricultural and ranch fabrication jobs, both in-shop and on-site. Your craftsmanship will directly impact clients' success in the field.

Pay Structure

Competitive hourly pay based on experience level

(Exact rate will depend on certifications, skill set, and relevant hands-on experience.)

Key Responsibilities

Weld structural steel, stainless, and aluminum using MIG, TIG, Stick, or oxy-fuel torches

Interpret blueprints and specifications to prepare and fabricate components

Assemble custom feed bins, predator racks, gates, and farm equipment parts

Perform grinding, cutting, and finishing tasks for clean, functional welds

Carry welding equipment and tools to job sites (mobile work available)

Operate shop equipment like cutting torches, grinders, overhead crane, and forklift

Maintain work area safety and organization

Occasionally assist with field installations or repairs at ranch/farm locations

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Previous welding experience, preferably in fabrication or agriculture projects

Certification (AWS or equivalent) is a plus

Solid knowledge of welding techniques and materials (steel, aluminum, stainless)

Ability to read technical drawings and use measuring tools (tape measure, squares)

Physical capability: good arm-hand steadiness, manual dexterity, near visual acuity

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

Willingness to pass pre-employment drug screening
