Handyman or DIY Worker Needed for Property Preservation Work - RALEIGH

We are looking for a skilled DIY worker or handyman in the Raleigh and surrounding areas to handle some work on foreclosed homes. This individual should be a quick learner and/or have a team to complete some of the following types of work:

Rekey (changing locks)
Winterization (removing all water from the home)
Trashouts (removing all trash from the home)
Minor Repairs (drywall, paint, cabinets, doors, toilets, etc)
Snow Removal
Lawn Mowing
Cleanings

Having your own equipment and a trailer/truck would be a plus. Dependable transportation is a must. This will be pretty consistent work over the next couple of years within a 20-50 mile radius and STARTS NOW. Pay will be per job and paid within 24 business hours.
