That is possibly somewhat retired that has every making piece of tool
That has been a punch list guy.
That has lots of patience and able to maneuver through a home that's been completely remodeled
And do many and multiple things
And very importantly do them correctly and efficiently and timely..
If you have retired and still have access to all your tools
And you want to make 35 .00.
Per hour
And work a few days a week
