Project/Task Supervisor

HOW A PROJECT/TASK SUPERVISOR WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Manages and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks as assigned. Supervises up to 15 employees
Disseminate ship installation drawings, build Production and Impact Trackers, that feed into Plan of Action and Milestone (POAM) that you will build.
Meet with customers as needed and during reviews to assure all understand the process and plans.
Work with Customers to assure manning needs are communicated and understood.
Update weekly trackers and POAM's as required and disseminate to the teams.
Provide feedback and plans for continual process improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED:
Required Experience: 5+ years of related experience
Required Technical Skills: Shipboard AIT Installation Lead with strong structural and Electrical installation experience.
Security Clearance Level: Secret Clearance
Required Skills and Abilities: Must be able to problem solve and clearly communicate issues and concerns in writing and verbally.
Preferred Skills: Proficient with MS Project and Excel

The likely salary range for this position is $93,500 - $126,500. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
