We're Hiring: Field Xactimate Estimator
Advance Forward Construction is seeking an experienced and motivated Field Estimator who is highly skilled in Xactimate to join our growing team! We specialize in high-quality residential and commercial reconstruction projects, with a focus on typical water loss restoration jobs throughout the Sacramento area.

Location:
Roseville / Greater Sacramento Area

Responsibilities:
Visit residential and commercial job sites to assess water damage and reconstruction needs

Meet with homeowners, property managers, or adjusters to build trust and gather scope

Take accurate measurements and detailed site photos

Write comprehensive estimates in Xactimate for insurance company approval

Collaborate with our project manager and ensure estimate aligns with project goals

Requirements:
2+ years of Xactimate estimating experience (Level 2 or higher preferred)

Strong understanding of residential and commercial construction practices

Experience with insurance restoration (water damage, mitigation, rebuild)

Reliable vehicle and valid driver's license

Must be professional, punctual, and detail-oriented with strong people skills
