www.mmrgrp.com . Job Description : MMR is seeking a full-time CAD Operator candidate for our Integration Center based out of the corporate office in Baton Rouge, Louisiana.

To be successful as a CAD Operator for MMR, you should have at least 5+ years' experience designing enclosures and must be fluent in 3D Inventor .

Outstanding CAD operators are disciplined, open to collaboration, and possess manual drawing skills.

You should also be able to explain technical aspects clearly to both the team and the client.

Job Duties and Responsibilities :

Interpreting project briefs to ensure blueprints and technical drawings are completed to specifications.

Producing rough sketches and using CAD software to prepare detailed drawings, plans, and blueprints.

Updating software, drawings, and other documents.

Remaining professional when feedback is delivered, and implementing any changes to drafts as soon as possible.

Ensuring drawings are compliant with building regulations and engineering principles.

Communicating potential design issues to team.

Other tasks as assigned by management. Required Qualifications :

Fluent in 3D Inventor Associate's degree in Drafting or similar at least five years' experience in enclosure design.

Additional courses in CAD software.

Practical experience with CAD software.

A completed apprenticeship would be advantageous.

Strong communication skills and attention to detail.

Superb work ethic and ability to accept feedback.

Willingness to work overtime when required.
