Title - Contracts Manager

Location - Rock Hill, SC (onsite)

Type - Fulltime

Pay Range - $100-130K Annually

Day to day :

• Customer-facing support and relationship management
• Review, edit, and negotiate supplier/subcontractor terms
• Negotiate credit applications and NDAs
• Knowledge of contract management, liability, indemnity, FAR/DFAR, and warranties
• Understanding of construction insurance
• Collaborate with sales teams
• Has one direct report

Must haves :

• Paralegal Certificate or Bachelors degree in Business, Law, Construction Management or related field
• Previous negotiation experience with key customers and /or company representatives
• Customer facing experience
• 5+ years experience
• Sales & Construction background preferred
