Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and support all phases of construction projects from pre-construction to close-out

Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and update reporting tools

Facilitate communication between site crews, subcontractors, engineers, and clients

Prepare and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and daily logs

Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory standards, and company policies

Assist with cost tracking, budgeting, and procurement coordination

Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation

Support permit application processes and inspection scheduling

Required Qualifications:
Washington State resident (required)

Associates or Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience)

Minimum 35 years of construction coordination or field engineering experience

Strong understanding of construction documentation, timelines, materials, and terminology

High-level communication, multitasking, and time management skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Project)

Preferred Skills & Certifications:
Proficiency in project management software such as:

Procore

Bluebeam Revu

PlanGrid

AutoCAD or Revit

Smartsheet

OSHA 30 Certification

PMP or CCM Certification a plus

Familiarity with scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project

Experience working with general contractors such as Northwest Builders, Turner Construction, Skanska, or similar
