Superintendent/Construction mgr

** Full-Time-Role**

Must Have:

• Manage and oversee 13 active construction projects at a time, varying in size and complexity (usually between 20Million-220Million), with a focus on ground-up educational K-12 OR Healthcare, OR Warehouse, OR Data center, OR Large mixed-use. RESIDENTIAL CONSTRUCTION EXP IS NOT A FIT!
• Develop and define project scope, schedules (need exp building schedule), and budgets, working closely with clients, superintendents, subcontractors, and internal leadership.
• Interpret and manage construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Utilize project management software such as Projectmates, Procore, and Primavera (P6).
• 5-10 years exp working on Large projects 20Million dollars plus.
• Pay Range- $110,000-$150,000/annum.
