Our client is seeking a Commercial Superintendent with 10+ years of experience to join our team. This role requires a proactive and driven individual who can manage all aspects of construction, from plan reviews to scheduling, while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to timelines. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee commercial construction projects, primarily in private and municipal sectors.
• Interpret and review plans and specifications, ensuring accuracy and quality execution.
• Push and develop construction schedules, holding teams accountable to deadlines.
• Assist in schedule development and actively work on job sites with a hands-on approach.
• Lead subcontractor management.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA 30 standards (certification preferred, but training offered).
• Attend and lead project meetings, ensuring alignment between all project stakeholders.
• Manage on-site operations with a focus on safety, efficiency, and quality control.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in commercial construction (private and municipal projects).
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Procore, CMIC, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Office 365), Microsoft Project (scheduling), and familiar with Primavera (preferred).
• Certifications: OSHA 30 (required or willing to obtain).
• Strong ability to read and understand plans/specs independently.
• Proven ability to hold teams accountable, with a diplomatic and team-oriented approach.
