Journeyman Plumber/Foreman

YOUR ROLE
As a Foreman, youll manage job sites, lead apprentices, and work directly with company leadership. Youll be responsible for ensuring that projects run smoothlyon time, on budget, and up to Goldlines standards. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead field operations on commercial jobs
- Perform commercial service calls
- Supervise and train crew members including journeymen and apprentices
- Coordinate with owners/project managers to manage scheduling and materials
- Perform advanced plumbing work (rough-ins, finish plumbing, systems diagnostics)
- Maintain safety, cleanliness, and code compliance on job sites
- Represent Goldline professionally to clients and inspectors

REQUIREMENTS
- Active PA Journeyman License (Master license a plus)
- Minimum 5+ years of field experience, including supervisory or lead role
- Valid drivers license
- Ability to manage small crews and work alongside them
- Must be physically capable of fieldwork (lifting, crawling, standing)
- Organized, punctual, and accountable
