Cloud + Infrastructure Engineer

Our client is seeking a Cloud + Infrastructure Engineer to join their team. As a Cloud + Infrastructure Engineer, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting innovative cloud initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to technology, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Cloud + Infrastructure Engineer

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Pay Range: $100,000 - $120,000

What's the Job?

• Design and maintain operating system backup solutions for system recovery and disaster recovery.
• Document, diagram, and implement best practices for cloud solutions.
• Train Administrators and service desk personnel to support cloud products effectively.
• Participate in setting long-term direction and standards for technical solutions.
• Lead projects from inception to completion while providing regular updates to management.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
• 5 10 years of experience in on-prem engineering, network engineering, or cloud engineering roles.
• Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, security, and networking.
• Current certifications in Cloud, Cyber Security, or networking technologies.
• Ability to script in languages such as PowerShell, Python, or Bash.
