Construction Site Contracts Manager 5

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead and manage construction site contracts for special projects and retrofits. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure projects are delivered on time and effectively communicate with key stakeholders.

• 10 years of experience in Contracts Administration.
• 10 years of experience in Construction.
• 10 years of experience in Procurement.
• Strong experience in activities to perform the scope (going into systems preparing RFPs, going into meetings helping with scope of work, putting information in Compass ).
• Understanding RFPs and what is needed, procurement experience, and being able to discuss items with vendors.
• Applicants must be able to work directly for our company on W2.

• Strong project management skills.
• Experience with retrofits and special construction projects.
• Ability to articulate and lead projects effectively.

• Manage and oversee the execution of contracts and projects.
• Prepare RFPs and work within systems to support project scopes.
• Engage in strategic planning for special projects and development.
• Communicate effectively with vendors and stakeholders.
