Northrop Grumman Defense Systems is seeking Project Manager/Principal Project Manager to provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth organizational functioning. This position will be located in Roy, UT and will support the Strategic Deterrent Systems (SDS) Division .
What Youll Get To Do:
Maintain accurate records of equipment inventory; place restocking orders as needed.
Track, monitor, and reconcile departmental or project-related budgets; process invoices and expense reports in accordance with company policy.
Assist in coordinating and maintaining vendor relationships related to supplies, equipment, and service contracts.
Support team members with scheduling, meeting logistics, and document preparation.
Maintain digital and physical filing systems, ensuring quick retrieval of documentation and compliance with retention policies.
Monitor and track use of company assets and office materials, updating inventory control systems regularly.
Assist in gathering data for reports and presentations, including budget forecasts and expense trends.
Serve as a liaison between departments for administrative needs, ensuring smooth information flow and timely follow-up.
Ensure office and workspace remain organized, functional, and compliant with safety and accessibility standards.
Inventory control and receipt and delivery to customers as the primary duty.
Planning and forecasting indirect and direct consumable supplies.
Performs a variety of activities in support of functional areas such as finance, purchasing, or human resources or for a specific project/business/technical unit.
Gathers, collects, records, tracks and verifies data and information from multiple sources.
Compiles and generates reports, statistics, timelines, tables, graphs, correspondence and presentations.
Provide personnel support ranging across several activities, including meeting coordination, scheduling support, inventory management, inventory ordering, expense reporting, coordinating with various stakeholders, and more.
Track, order and manage inventory of supplies within supply cabinets spread across campus.
Track and maintain reservations for conference room.
Participate in and provide additional facilities support activities such as facility modifications, space utilization, inventory management, etc.

This positions standard work schedule is a 9/80. The 9/80 schedule allows employees who work a nine-hour day Monday through Thursday to take every other Friday off. This role may offer a competitive relocation assistance package.
Basic Qualifications
A02: 2 Years with Bachelors; 0 Years with Masters or 4 additional years experience in lieu of degree
A03: 5 Years with Bachelors; 3 Years with Masters; 1 Year with PhD. or 4 additional years experience in lieu of degree
Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government DoD Secret clearance
Ability to travel 10% of the time.
Experience with inventory and budget tracking systems (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Smartsheet).
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior Northrop Grumman experience
Ability to be collaborative while being assertive as necessary and able to execute projects and tasks independently
Demonstrate flexibility and agility, prioritizing multiple tasks with competing deadlines, and managing schedule conflicts
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Successful experience working collaboratively as a team player with the ability to interface effectively at all levels in the organization; aid to team building
