We are seeking a reliable and motivated Septic Install Laborer to join our Install Team. This role involves physical labor, pipe installation, and driving duties. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in all weather conditions, demonstrates a strong work ethic and excellent attendance, understands trench safety, excavation practices, and pipe installation processes and procedures, and is eager to quickly and accurately learn septic system installation techniques.

Note: This is a safety-sensitive position. To be considered, applicants must have 3+ years of verifiable driving experience (to meet auto insurance eligibility requirements), have a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR), pass a pre-employment drug screen, successfully complete a background check, and meet all physical job demands required for the role.

Employees in this position are also subject to random drug and alcohol screening throughout employment in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Install new septic systems, including excavating, laying pipes, and connecting tanks and drainage fields, adhering to local regulations and permits
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor, such as excavating, lifting heavy equipment, and working in outdoor environments
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, demonstrating self-motivation and time management skills
- Problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to assess septic system issues and recommend appropriate solutions
- Any other duties assigned by leadership

Required Qualifications:
- Valid WA State Driver's License
- Minimum 3 years of verifiable driving experience and eligibility for coverage under our company insurance.
- Good standing Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) required
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Ability to pass a background check
- Physical fitness to perform manual labor in outdoor environments and adverse weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and stay updated on industry trends and advancements in septic system technology
