Lead Licensed Electrician

NOW HIRING Journeyman Electrician (Lead Role)
Location: San Antonio Northeast Side
Schedule: Full-Time (MonFri, 40 hrs/week)
Pay: Based on experience + $2,500 signing bonus after 6 months

Were a residential remodeling contractor doing full-gut remodels on high-end homes and condos in San Antonio. Were looking for a licensed journeyman electrician to join our team as a Lead Electrician.

This is NOT a random service call gig. We work in one area only, on well-organized job sites with full plan sets. You'll run the electrical work from start to finish and lead helpers as needed.

WHAT YOULL DO:

Handle all wiring, lighting, panel work, etc. on whole-home remodels

Supervise apprentices and helpers

Do material take-offs and estimate job timelines

Communicate with PMs and follow detailed plans

Keep things code-compliant and professional

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:

Texas Licensed Journeyman with 10+ years experience

Someone whos run jobs and managed others before

Good communicator, professional attitude, neat appearance

Someone ready to stay long-term (not bounce around)
