Seeking Millwork Project Managers
-Qualifications
-We are searching for a strong, experienced Project Manager to join our team.
-Experience managing many different sizes of Commercial Architectural Millwork Projects.
-Ability to read and interpret Architectural Drawings and Specifications
-Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Bluebeam.
-Superior time management and organizational skills.
-Willing to do whatever it takes to get the Job done on time.
-Responsiblities
-You will effectively manage multiple $5K to $2 Million+ projects simultaneously on time, and within budget, while achieving an outstandingly high standard of quality.
-You will bring experience managing Projects large and small, working with casework and custom pieces in a millwork shop.
-Your project team includes Engineering and Production professionals.
You are willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done right, under budget and on time!
-You will provide a clearly defined path of construction for all Projects, perform site visits and punch list walks, and act as a liaison between the Client and the Shop.
-You will negotiate with, and coordinate with Vendors and Sub-Contractors.
-Project Managers lead a team of Engineering and Production professionals to complete Projects ranging from $5K to $2 Million+ on time, and within budget, while achieving a high standard of quality.
-The Project Manager will be solely responsible for the timely execution of the Project, requiring excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
-Manage multiple Projects simultaneously.
-Provide a full understanding of Construction Documents, Schedules, and Contracts.
-Provide a clearly defined path of construction for all Projects, perform site visits and punch list walks, and act as a liaison between the Client and the Shop.
-Negotiate with, and coordinate with Vendors and Subcontractors.
-Monitor and control costs to deliver a Project within budget.
