Our client, a leading manufacturer of high-performance marine cooling systems, is seeking a CNC Lathes & Mill Operator to join their team. As a CNC Lathes & Mill Operator, you will be part of the production team supporting quality craftsmanship and innovation. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently and in a team, and a commitment to quality which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: CNC Lathes & Mill Operator

Location: Commerce, MI

Pay Range:

Shift: MondayFriday, 7AM-3:30PM

What's the Job?

  • Operate and maintain manual and CNC machine tools, including CNC lathes and mills for precision machining.
  • Interpret and work from engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Use precision instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges) to inspect parts.
  • Perform routine maintenance and safety checks on machinery.
  • Collaborate with quality control and engineering teams to ensure product excellence.

What's Needed?

  • High school diploma or equivalent (technical training preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience with CNC and manual machining.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and using measurement tools.
  • Familiarity with marine-grade materials (stainless steel, aluminum, composites) is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail and quality.
