Position Summary
We are currently hiring Construction Laborers, Operators, Foreman to assist with underground utility installation, paving, and concrete work. Candidates must be reliable, hardworking, and able to support various field operations.

Responsibilities
Support crews with trenching, pipe installation, backfilling, and compaction

Assist in form setting, concrete pouring, grading, and finishing

Load/unload materials, clean up job sites, and perform general labor duties

Operate hand tools and small equipment under supervision

Maintain a safe and clean work environment

Follow instructions from crew leads and foremen

Requirements
Experience in underground utility, concrete, or paving work is a plus

Must have a valid drivers license and a good driving record

Reliable transportation to and from job sites

Physically able to lift 50+ lbs and work in outdoor conditions

Must be punctual, dependable, and safety-conscious

Ability to work well as part of a team
